I assume the jamun fruit you are referring to is Syzygium cumini right? If that is what you're looking for and you are unable to get a seedling from anyone, Oscar in Hawaii should have the seeds for sale.

He ships the seeds on the fresh side and fast. I ordered some Acai seeds from him and some of them arrived sprouting. If you check out the website, he lists which seeds are available at what times during the year.

Just ordered some seeds, from them how long does it usually take to deliver to California, and any really good ways to germinate them?

Once you put it in ground, it grows very fast.

Wow, amazing.....all this money and interest in something that I had to pay some one to yank out when I was clearing land. Here and also in Hawaii it is considered an invasive weed/tree. The tree I had removed had to have been 20 feet tall as it reached the power lines and in a storm, caused a brief fire. I have had the fruits from it and other trees and wasn't impressed, to put it mildly. Are there better tasting fruits out there that I have not encountered. Or, is this a horticultural curiosity or does it qualify for some religious ritualistic use because of its taste?
