Custard apple seeds.

Hello,
So Asda finally had some custard apples in, I had one unripe wasn't bad, left other one with a banana over night and I really don't like it! So I have kept the seeds.
So I have found they are waxy and hard like bird of paradise seeds, and lotus. So I will soak for a single week, I have also scarified half and not the other.
So any tips?
Temperature
Soil?
Also I know it's becoming winter in UK, I have grow lights, and I will soon turn on the heat.
