Mango Tree Trimming Question

Hello I have a Mango tree and i am wondering if i need to trim it maybe cut off the top? or how much to Cut off? it is 11 inches high it does't have any branches yet, is it to short to trim it off already? I included a picture maybe you could tell me how many inches i need to cut it if i need to thanks
