mango fert. question

I have a container Glenn in gritty mix. I have been using the forum/Al recommended FP 9-3-6 with PT 0-0-3 with tsp vinegar. My question is what part of the year should I change up my routine? What am I eliminating? Amount changes?... any advise would help. Tree is about 2 years old growing beautifully but just got it in May so I havnt seen it bloom yet. I want to make sure I get him to bloom.
