Not sure if you can make a bonsai tree for Mangoes, but the seed looks real healthy. And Yes, there is generally one tap root that comes out first...but who knows....maybe it snapped off and all these others followed...

Perhaps it's a poly empryonic seed -- it's hard to tell with the seed silk cloth still on, otherwise I have never seen a single empryonic seed like this. Are you sure they are not earthworms eating the seed?

Definitely not earthworms. I germinated it in cotton. Also there was no main root. I was so impatient that i dug up the seed after 4 days since i put it in the cotton. There were two roots which came out first. This was the result after 7 days.

All the seeds I germinate are exactly the same like this and sometimes even more than that :/

Just a poly-embryonic seed, that's all.
