It needs little care, leave it alone in 5 years you'll have a forest!

I have a Jamaican cherry and I'm going to cut it down... it sends roots all over the yard sprouting new trees from there. It's VERY invasive.

invasive shouldnt be a problem for me.
i can plant it in the front yard, surrounded by grass
lawnmower should take care of any sprouts.

Everyone loves the fruit, a real nutty chocolaty flavor.

As far as the roots go, they're not little sprites, they're larger than baseball bats, once they jump up they'll stop your lawnmower, they do mine.
