| Adding your soil to a container with water and then testing the solution with ph paper should give an approximation? I would guess 1/2 and 1/2? Do you know the ph of your water, maybe test that first? Words of wisdom, maybe not so much? |

| abayomi I have one but was told that they were very unreliable and not to trust it. I bought it at Lowes. It does a moisture as well as a pH reading. |
