I've got the same thing going on. My Carrie is about to flower, and I think my Mallika may be as well. I wonder if they will hold the fruit in the winter? I have mine in a greenhouse now, but it still gets down in the 40's some nights in my greenhouse.

My Rosigold had one flower stalk a month or so ago, now the rest of the tree is in flower. Haven't checked to see if there are any fruit where that one stalk was. I think only 1/3 of my 18 or so are in flower. My Maha Chanook mango is actually in leaf flush right now. I might let about 4 of my mango trees hold some fruit this year, Cushman, Glenn, Rosigold and Valencia Pride. Florigon perhaps too.

Great! I am so excited. One of my trees have like 4 flower stalks and all the other branches are in the process of forming some. I am happy about that.

however, I am pissed! I have a young haden tree which i show so much love and affection in south florida. I was hoping it would begin fruiting for the first time this year. However, it doesnt have SQUAT !!! My heart was broken. So, is it going on for anyone else with Hadens? Well, I have a neighbor with a haden right next door and it is loaded. Maybe I took too much care of it or something. Its the height of my roof now.

Most of the branches are new formed and are not completely dark rich green.... just green enough. Do you think this might be why? Do the branches need to mature a few more weeks before they start? this tree has never fruited before and it is grafted. I bought it a few years ago and it was grown.

Scifi, I think you're on to exactly why it isn't flowering yet. It probably will this winter, just it another month or two.

I did some further investigation and found like 2 extremely tiny branches that are mature. They are dark green and looks mature. I notice the have a weird bud sprouting. It doesn't look like leaves. I will give it a few more days. If it is a bloom then u are right, once my young trees other leaves/branches mature they may bear fruit. What. Do you think.
