The 'last mango of 2011'

Today I ate the first of several fruits that my Chok Anon tree held to maturity this winter. Pics below:

Overall, not bad. I'm sure it would have ranked low if it was being compared to the many better cultivars, but when you haven't eaten a mango since summer even a Chok Anon can taste pretty good.
