Hello all. I live in Central Florida, zone 9B, and have been starting some backyard raised bed vegetable gardens in the past 1.5 years or so. I am up to three of them now and have learned so much.
Well, as of about 6 months ago, I bought one tropical fruit tree to grow in a pot which has lead me on a really cool journey of tropical fruit tree collecting. Attached, I have a picture of my Magana Mamey Sapote that I bout in a one gallon pot. Keeping the tree in the pot for the 4 for so months that I've had it wasn't very nice to it. As you can see from my Youtube video in the link below, it dropped a bunch of the leaves on the bottom.
I just planted it in the ground, and WOW, what a difference! In just 2 weeks, it has really taken off.
I have taken the time to upload video series of my growing list of tropicals and would love it you checked them out on Youtube and comment on them. What do you think?
