you peeled them because the skins of your cultivar are bitter?

Not bitter..just not as good as the flesh. Like peeled Apple is better then the skin. Just like I don't usually peel an apple..
Believe me- I'm not pushing a "c" or even "b" quality fruit. Its an "A". And the all year production for a family would be great. Not all at once,so little waste.
I could really see them served at the best SF restaurants as some desert with brandy!..those kind.
