The first one, moments after his birth

and after getting the 'all clear' from the pediatrician

I have to delay my visit for a couple days, I managed to get sick and the doc said I am contagious. I just cannot wait to hold him and sniff that 'new baby smell'

Congratulations Pam! I hope you get over you cold or whatever you have quickly. Get yourself some zinc lozenges to get over it quick so you can hold that baby! My first son was just 8 pounds, 11 and 3/4 ounces - almost 9 pounds. Gotta love those big babies!

Grand Kids are very special people in our hearts that we hold near and dear forever. My oldest is now 13 and the youngest is 9 wow where does the time go.
