Remember when I went to the Astrodome to help after Katrina?

Well, I really connected with this one very sweet lady.

She was a gardener and was more upset about losing her garden more than her material possessions.

I hadn't gotten a letter from her in awhile and just thought that's the way it goes sometimes

She has settled outside of Brenham, living on a piece of property that belongs to her nephew.

Anyway, her nephew just brought me this little cabinet/desk? She said it was to keep my seeds and notes about my garden in.

Wasn't that the sweetest thing.

You are just about the sweetest person I've met! Your decision to go to Lousiana in all that didn't thrill me (I was worried about you)but I understood that's how you are. I am SO glad it all turned out for the best. You have one heck of a busy guardian angel! PJ

Kathy, I have been looking for the ones with the hutch on top, that I will share with DH, lol

The strange thing is, I was typing back to Kathy and someone knocked at the door and I told her "a man is at the door and the dogs aren't barking, it must be a saint"
They never barked, even when I opened the door

This is perfect for my seeds.
I don't think I have ever seen one this small before.
It's maybe 4'H X 2' X 1'D
