Back at ya Bev! Are you going to the square for the festivities? I hope the rain doesn't put a "damper" on things. I wish Shasta (I can't remember her real name) would post more. Since Pam will be working (sigh), it would be nice if the three of us could meet up down there for lunch or something. It's always nice to meet a new neighbor.

I need to get outside & work a bit. I've been goofing off inside all morning and it's 2 already. I have outside projects piling up on me!!! Again!

If any one wants to join me, I'll be going on Sun afternoon.
I have the schedule of event times and who's in concert, although I think the concert tickets are pretty expensive. The concerts start at 1:00 and goes till around midnight it's advertised as TX music. These are the performers, Marin Morris, Randy Brown, Darren Kozelsy, Ryan Turner, David Ball, Walt Wilkins, Tommy Alverson, & Stoney Larue. I've never heard any of them.
There will be free entertainment on the square. The golf tournement is Fri. The motorcycle run is Sat AM.
The carnival & venders open at 9-6 on Sat & noon-5 on Sunday. Bean cookoff is Sat. Brisket cookoff is Sunday. There are many competetive events thru out the weekend from Domino's to outhouse race to bubblegum blowing contests & more.

I can't go Sat. My brother-in-law died today and his memorial service is going to be Sat.
Condolances are not neccessary....he wasn't my favorite person. I do love my sister in law and she loved him, so I need to be there for her.

Bev, where can we meet on Sunday or I can come and pick you up? Is your hubby going or is he out of town? What time is good for you?
