Moon flower vine? I know you can transplant the vine when it's small. I've done it. PJ

No, it's not a vine. My sister says it's not a true moon flower, but the person that gave it to me said it was. It's a pretty big plant and the flowers look like white trumpets. The bloom doesn't last long. The root is long and skinny.

What you have is a moon flower bush. It can be transplanted/moved but you have to be careful and get the whole root and not over water it. I've had some die and some make it. I never know why.
Usually moving them once they're a bit bigger than seedlings seems to work better for me. Wait until they've got several big leaves on them and look more like small plants than seedlings.

Where are you? I have plenty of seeds, you can plant them where ever you want them to grow.
