Did I miss anything?

I just got back from working a market in Vegas. The place blew up as I left, was it on the news?

Anything going on in the forums? I did not see any horrible dressing faux pas, like most markets, unless you count huge, suntanned, showcased mammaries, and veeeery tall and spiky heels.

What blew up?PJ

RE: Did I miss anything?

A propane tank "farm" north of the strip. Very big explosion - they evacuated 1200 houses.

RE: Did I miss anything?

Terry, I was in Vegas when you were.

Pj, a propane company blew up.

My daughter was real close to it when it exploded.
The casinos are so noisy that I never heard the explosion and I was just up the street from it.

RE: Did I miss anything?

OMG Thank goodness you are all ok. Are y'alls ears still ringing and dinging from the slot machines LOL. I didn't know if I'd ever hear right again. Carol did you win anything.
I didn't have much luck just enough to keep me going but was better than loosing it all.
Good to have you gal's back it's been quite around here hehehe.

RE: Did I miss anything?

I'm glad y'all got back safe and sound! How awful!PJ

RE: Did I miss anything?

Well let's see......anything unusual?......nope. Just the usual traffic incidents, shootings, cars crashing through gas station pumps, and the like.

Naw, you saw a more unusual event in Vegas, than we had here.

There are some implosions scheduled down in Austin area, I think.

Nary a meteor, flood, alien visitation, etc. to talk about. No shooting sprees in any local churches, no tunnel collapses, nor any major wildfires (ok...a few brush fires), etc.

Nope. Pretty quiet week....for DFW, anyway. Probably didn't average more than a couple murders a day.

RE: Did I miss anything?

Rick, I thought you were describing San Antonio.

RE: Did I miss anything?

DFW has gotten just as bad.

Can't wait to retire and head for the mountains, and quiet places.
