Congratulations, Pam oh just wait that little guy will have you wrapped around his little finger in no time. Grand Kids are wonderful additions to the family and nothing makes a heart grow fonder than grand kids.

The sonogram of my grand son look just like he did when he was born. It's amazing to see them before their even born.
They didn't do sonogram back in the day when I had mine, only if they felt something was wrong did they do them.

Being a grandparent is wonderful! Lots more fun than parentng.

My husband and I were talking last night about the fun of grandparenting. We can play with him and spoil him, then give him back after he's had enough fun and is cranky.

I have to admit we are worried, my DD is 20, she seems way too young to be a mom. We are in standby mode so if she starts to crumble, we'll be there for them. My gram was my 'retaining wall' when I was a young mom, she never let me fall. Dang, my eyes have sprung leaks again.

I personally think the heavy responsibility of being a parent catches most young folks off guard. All I personally needed to hear was that a lot of people did it before me,a lot would do it after me and that it wasn't as impossible as it seemed at first. PJ
