Cute mobile home for sale in Fulton/Rockport area

I'm disappointed that we can't buy this place right now. The owner is a co-worker's sister and she can't pay the lot rental of $300 and is in danger of losing the house. She's willing to take payments and is asking $20,000 cash or $25,000 if she takes payments. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a jacuzzi tub and upgraded kitchen. This is a vacation getaway and is currently unoccupied.
