You mean cypress vine? Mine are starting to bloom, the ones I haven't found and destroyed : )

It is never too late to plant......it is only too late to expect growth.

Cypress vine needs to be planted in the spring, they are very slow but by the time fall comes around it will have taken over. I planted only four in a pot put it by my fence and OMG it grew into a monster but a pretty monster LOL. I just can't handle a vine that has to be cut down to much work for this old gal. I still have babies coming up from last year that I've been pulling up all summer.
It reseeds like mad.
