Are you sure there's no mother cat?

I raised a kitten from just a few days old and they are a lot of work. Feeding every few hours, cleaning bottom after feeding so it can use the restroom.
If it was for me having to care for dad I'd foster the babies but I can't :(
I sure hope you find somewhere or someone to help out.

I found someone! Yippeee for Four Paws!!! The kittens are healthy and eat really well etc...
The siamese is probably a flame point(orange or maybe light brown) and the tuxedo colored one has cute markings so they'll be easy to find a home for. Mom cat did a great job with them before they fell down the wall. The only way they got down there is if mom was transporting them across the top of the open wall (in a shop sort of thing unfinished) and she got startled and dropped them on accident. There are no houses around there so I don't know where mom cat came from. The kittens are quite tame. I suspect mom cat was a cat that was dumped. I hope someone rescues her and any other babies she might have had. Thank you for all your encouragement and help! PJ
