WANTED: Looking for Bamboo, Houston area

I would like to find bamboo to start a few groves, on our acreage in the country.

Does anyone in the Houston area have some overgrown bamboo that they would like to be rid of? Would particularly like to find unusual varieties, or large timber bamboo. I'll come out & dig.. :-)

In trade, I have quite a few plant species, including a sizable collection of Hibiscus. Also a few Brugmansia rooted cuttings that are ready to go now. (See my Trade List.)

Regards,

Rick (HibRick)
