| Hi Jennifer and Mercer Plant Swappers, Just saying hello to all my friends I left behind at the Mercer Plant Swap when we moved to Austin last year. I have joined the Austin/San Antonio Plant Swap that meets just south of Austin in Spring and Fall. It is much smaller, but lots of fun. Plant swaps are really catching on. Miss you all. | EEEK! This is beachparty weekend!! I'm not even sure if I'm off yet or not. The schedule here is really screwed up. I am going to do my best to get there. For those of you who don't know beachparty weekend is a huge traffic mess on the island. One year the people had bar-b-que pits on th CAUSEWAY and were cooking chicken! ON THE CAUSEWAY!!! So if I do get off I hope I can get back on! Wish me luck! If I can't make it I will be holed up in the house like usual. Tally Ho! |

| I WISH I could come, everyone! I wrote it on my calendar last month but then something else came up that I really need to attend. It sounds like y'all are going to have a GREAT time! I really hope this is an annual event because I want to try to come next time, and my hubby said he would be willing to tag along! Maybe next year I will have more to offer from my yard, too. Report back next week and tell us how it went! |
