The first annual Ferris, Texas Plant Swap & Garden Extravaganza will be on Saturday April 18 at the park by the library on Mabel Street, from about 10 to about 2 (library hours on Saturday are 10 to 2, & the bathroom is in the library!).

Ferris is south of I-20, just off I-45/I-75 between Dallas & Ennis, & the park is within sight of the freeway, so it's easy to find & easy to get back & forth.

This location will be very easy for people in Dallas & especially in areas east or south of Dallas!

There's a covered area with a picnic table & barbeque pit, & several picnic tables in an open area, & the park has a playground & some nice landscaping for us to gape at I mean enjoy.

I'll be bringing my standard traditional (easy-to-grow, can't-kill) offerings at the very least, may have more to add later:

mauve 4 o'clocks
peppermint
spearmint
lemon mint
trailing fushia verbena
lamb's ears
probably some orange daylilies
