Hi I'm looking for yellow dragon fruit or a rooted cutting of any other type of dragon fruit. I have cleopatra cannas and blue passionflower seedlings. I can only trade in the Plano area. Thank you so much

Hi Willow. If you haven't found anyone who has the pataya you're looking for you might try finding it in the Asian or Vietnamese markets. Since it's a tropical fruit and not very well known in the US I haven't found it in the regular supermarkets. Sorry I'm not more helpful, but starting it from seed is the only way I have been able to obtain dragon fruit in Texas. Cheryl

Thanks Cheryl, I'll try looking at an Asian supermarket. I have one type of pitaya but the yellow one looks so interesting and I read it tastes better than other varieties. It will be a change growing some from seed.
