RE: WANTED: plumeria cuttings or seeds in dfw area

my zip is 75454 Melissa, Tx just north of McKinney. I have many red flowered yucca seeds. They have a long spire with red flowers along. Very hardy & disease resistant. The Dept of Transportation has them planted all over. What is a desert rose? email tmcleod61@sbcglobal.net donna
