wanted: rsvp and updated food list for mercer area swap

Hi Everyone,

Here is the updated foodlist. Please let me if you are planning on attending so we can have enough food for everyone. I will updated the food list as people email me.

Hope you have a great evening!!!

Things needed
We will be bringing chopped beef (paid for out of the piggy bank - donations welcome)
side dishes
chopped onions
shredded cheese
hamburger buns
hot dog buns
lighter fluid

Cups, napkins- Fern and Jerry.
Jennifer and David lighter, grilling utensils, knife, pot for chili, grate for grill, chopped beef, can opener,
Nadine - serving spoons, leftover cutlery from last year
David - cookies... Hey David.. bring some for everyone else.. Clay keep your hands off:)) HEHE
Yadda - baked beans
Tally - Pepsi, water, BBQ sauce
JessieP - side dish
Laurie B - water ( iced down)
Lynn B - cups and plates
Rhonda B - sodas and ice
Sheryl G - Hotdog buns, weenies, paper towels
Allen & Mary - Sodas
Janet - Ice, cups, mayo, mustard
Gloria - Coleslaw and potato Salad
Sarah - Salt, Pepper, mayo, Hot dog Weenies
Magnolia - chips
Irma- Hot dog Weenies
Vossner - Hot dog buns

You might bring lawn chairs for yourself and a small card table for your plants if you wish. There are limited seating and tables but those are taken quickly.

I know I am forgetting something, so please let me know what...(grin)

Loretta & Cindy will be at the swap, we will bring 2 large pkg of hamburger buns and 2 loafs of bread!
