I grew sweet potatoes and I have a couple of questions. I dug them up from my garden and I did get a good harvest. Not many were pretty and many were broken and split. I think it was due to the wet fall making them have a growth spurt really quickly.

I see a lot of small roots still in the ground. I am wondering if I will get plants coming up from the broken bits of roots? I am not going to plant sweet potatoes here next year. The sweet potatoes need their own garden all by themselves far away from the rest of the garden.

Could you share with me your experience with Sweet potatoes.
