Beautiful evening, couldn't resist a more bloom photos

Clematis texensis

A very delicate vine but very pretty and used by hummers

Elderberry (Sambuccus canadensis)

These were 4" pots a year ago, planted in spring, and I moved it in the fall. It can really grow in a damp area! This in the 'ball diamond' bed I created last year that is watered by my aerobic septic system sprinklers

Four nerve daisy (Tetraneuris scaposa), sundrops (calophylus berlandieri) and blackfoot daisy (Melamodium leucanthum)

Texas lantana (calico bush) Lantana horrida and pink primrose (Oenothera speciosa)

Laura bush petunias

Oak leaf hydrangea 'Snow Queen'(Hydrangea quercifolia)

This has gorgeous fall foliage

Painted lady on Self heal (Prunella vulgaris)

I think this one is red fairy, I planted a bunch of shrub roses 10+ years ago and might have mixed up a couple of them. Unlike the mutabilis, this is more than one plant. A litle past it's prime I think but still pretty

Spring or marsh obedient plant (Physostegia intermedia)

It's fun to watch bees climb all the way inside these blooms. This one is also in the ball diamond, it requires moist soil as well.

The Fairy, again this is more than one plant

Alba Meidiland, this is pretty but roots everywhere it touches the ground and forms quite a thicket. Not for the faint of heart or a small area

White Yarrow (Achillea millefolium )
