Carrie, this is the one I gave you a start of last year.
I used a new camera and I think the actual color is more lavender.

Ruth, I think mine is blooming as well. I will mark this one as coming from you.

That's a beautiful iris! What is the rose behind it that is covered with buds? It's bush form is a very nice shape.

It's an old Iris that I got from a lady I used to work with.
I love the color and the grape soda fragrance.
Belinda's Dream is directly behind it and just to the left in the corner is one of the OGR cutting I got from Carrie.
That's the smaller of the two cuttings.
I moved this one in the fall, but was afraid to move both at the same time to make sure I didn't lose both of them.
The other is bigger and has hundreds of buds on it.
I need to move it as it's taking over my raised bed{{gwi:807}} with daylilies.

Ah, the lovely Belinda's Dream. I can't find the link where I read it right now, but the breeder, Dr. Bayse, grew the rose for 20 years before he decided to release it to the public. He was more interested in breeding thornless, black spot resistant roses.

I'm glad the rose cuttings rooted for you.

Sorry, the other one is cuttings I got from Carrie. It's the OGR that she got from her hometown I believe. I got them in fall of 2011 and they bloomed all summer last year.
I love Belinda's Dream. I'm glad he did release it.
