I planted these 2 years ago.. because of Roselee! Hers always looked so beautiful and I just love blue and purple blooms.

My larkspur bed is where our extended covered patio is going to be one day (hopefully soon). I have not amended this soil or done anything but pull the weeds from time to time. Its very heavy clay in full sun.
I don't want to put the time and energy into a bed that will eventually be covered in concrete! So only really tough plants go here.

They have been blooming for a few weeks now.

Last year I decided I only wanted the blue, purple and white ones.. so as they started to go to seed I pulled all the pinks out. Now, this year I think I miss the pinks!
