Can anyone identify this plant (or weed)?

It keeps growing all over my garden.

Very invasive at my house.

I have those come up at my house too. I pull them. Do all of them get the red color when they mature? Even so I don't think it would be worth it to leave them because as Carrie says they seed out like crazy.

I think it is a different plant that makes the red. I could be wrong.I have never seen them turn red and I don't pull all of them , just the ones right by the buildings. It has been a bad year for them and every other annual .

I have those that I pull out and the ones that go red that I keep.
