I was afraid the "move to Amarillo" offer was going to be a hard sell to you south Texans this time of year. ;)

It did snow hard there for a bit today. But, the good news was it was a brief "blizzard" THIS time.

Really, c'mon up!

RC, we've had a horrible 2 years around here. First not a drop of rain for that long and now we have moved from exceptional drought level to moderate. Some parts are still in the former level, Now, more rain than we need, but next week is supposed to be gorgeous and I am ready.
You can c'mon down and we can hang in the screened porch and listen to the frogs, crickets and owls, okay ?

Kt, you zone eighters have all the luck this time of year.

Jolana, sounds great... how many boxes of wine do you want me to bring?

Actually, I was thinking of moving FARTHER south, RC. Winter and I are not compatible at all. Pics are great though.

Ha ha. The numb fingers while out taking pics this morning were making "further south" sound better and better Carrie.

Ha!

Maybe I'll try a recruiting pitch next summer Omar when we're high, dry and cool while the heat blankets down state. ;)

Hmm. Good luck with that too....
After living 11 years in Utah snow is not my cup of tea.

Justin, you know us too well.

Omar. I can feel your pain. The good news is our snow, unlike some of those other snow places, comes and goes pretty fast most of the time. The sun was literally shining about five minutes after I took the pics of the mini-blizzard.

Our wind, on the other hand, is stays around.
