Yes I must say I really did not like the LED lights from last year. If you've ever driven by a Sonic lately the led screens they have are an eyesore

Our church rented a river barge, as many churches do during the Christmas season, and sang Christmas carols Saturday night. There were also two guitars and Bob was playing his trumpet.

Yes, being a weekend there were a lot of people and many brought their children. Everyone was jolly and smiling as they slowly strolled to take it all in. They were very responsive, waving and singing along with us. Even the people at the riverside restaurants put down their forks and sang and clapped. It was great.

I hadn't been down town during Christmas for several years and was glad I got to see the new/old twinkling lights and the lights on many of the buildings. I hope everyone that can will go.

Joey, I agree about some of those signs with LED lights. It's a bit too much to say the least.

I was on the river barge Friday night it was beautiful. They opened a new section of the river, that goes thru the old hemisphere area. I think the lights this year are more magical, then the led lights they had last year. I like how they just drape the blue lights down the hugh trees.. One business had the led lights in front of it, it was just too busy. Friday night they had a choir singing on one barge. It was really nice. Barbra
