I need brug rooting help please

Pkponder gave me some cuttings in November and all the pink ones look like this. In fact, I've already potted two of them.
But the white one looks like this - 4 little roots at the bottom, and the leaves at the top are really small. Should I cut it off and see if it will put out more, or leave it alone?
