Spring needs to get here. I need to be too tired to watch QVC at night. The other night I was tempted by Huge calla Lillies...yes I did talk some sense into myself. Afterall, they are water hogs can't take the hot sun and won't bloom in much shade.

Tonight, I had a huge dialogue going on between my ears. The hosts were promising Gigantic (yes, monster plants seems to be a theme.... Delphiniums that will bloom all summer undaunted by heat. They were so clever I finally pulled up their web site to see if there were any reviews. None for the tempting offerings but any plants that they offered and were revied in the past had 2 stars.

Thank goodness the reality police paid a visit before I talked my wiser self into the possibility.....sigh
