fruit tree spray schedule

I have 10 fruit trees in east Texas (Trinity county.) apple, plum, nectarine, peach. Can somebody recommend a spray schedule and what to use? I've been following the direction on the bottles for the last couple of years, but I'm going to be gone for 6 weeks at a time for the next couple of years and am leaving it up to Dad. He needs something very simple or he wont do it. He's retired.
thanks eric
