Low Chill Orchard

Thanks to Ike and Rita my once darkly forested home is now sun drenched. I could either get used to mowing 5 acres or put in Fruit Trees. I'm going to have to mow anyway so I have also put in 37 fruit trees all of low-chill variety. Most are recommended varieties such as Golden Dorsett and Anna Apples, Santa Rosa and Burgundy plums, Kieffer, Orient, Moonglow and Pineapple pears, FlordaKing, FlordaPrince, LaFeliciana and June Gold peaches. However, I've also planted a few "experimental" varieties from Dave Wilson's. Sundowner apple, Double Delight and Snow Queen nectarines, Spice Zee nectaplum, Red Baron, Eva's Pride and August Pride peaches and a few Dolgo crabapples. My biggest roll of the dice is two of the new low chill cherries; Minnie Royal and Royal Lee. The Minnie is already leaved out and the Royal will be out this week. So, after all of that, does anyone here have experience with the cherries this far south?
