why do you ask? are you just advertising your wedding service or do you need gardening advice? If you need gardening advice, feel free to ask any questions - there are people all over Texas here.

RE: so who is near college station?

no.. not advertising... got enough weddings...

I just have a lot of plants that make a lot of babies... willing to give away or trade but college station is too far to go to a plant swap in dallas or something..

I am trying making rose cuttings, but am semi successfull, but i have lots of vincas, a few petunias, bluebonnets, cypress vines, alium bulbs, amarylis, day lillies, daffodills, narcissis, yarrow, rose mary, whydllia, etc... sorry for the misspellings, but im running out the door...

just wanting to find people around here to trade with.

well then you could count me in - I'm in the general vicinity. I don't have much to trade, but do have a few agave pups, seedum, probably some iris and others that I could scrounge up.

I live about an hr away!! Maybe we can get together sometime and see what all we can trade or just talk about make plans, lets say a restaurant (for right now its too cold and wet to be outside, yes i know I am being a sissy, but can't help it. Prehaps in Brenham? this way we all drive to get together? I am game let me know. Marcie

my moms 70th birthday party was at our place this weekend... lots of her old friends came to say happy birthday... and then a couple of them started wandering around the place and asked questions..

I wound up giving away fig ivy, yarrow, mexican sedum, petunias, and some succulants... and it's still winter... so in a month or two i will have more stuff (variety)...

i saw a rose bud on one of my knockouts yesterday..

you have a rosebud already !? WOW ! You must be doing something right !

I wish you were closer to Buda or San Antonio.... we have regular plant swaps there. Why don't you start one in your area ? They're popular and a lot of fun ! You meet all sorts of gardeners, and many become life-long friends.
