Hi,
I have a cloud pomegranate 3 yrs old tree for trade.
I will dig the tree up. I live in Houston. You will need a truck to transport.
I am looking for butterflies or hummingbird plants. I love vines and salivas.
Hope to hear from you.
Patti

Well, I'll think about it. But also, this belongs on the trade forum, just for future reference.

RE: Pomegranate tree

Hi Patti,

I have a new place and am interested in getting some fruit trees growing including pomegranates.

The only plant I have you might be interested in is turk's cap. It is a bush/shrub and the hummingbirds really like them. They don't require much if any care once established, and are very drought hardy. They can also take flooding (mine survived 3.5' of gulf surge during Ike!) but don't like to sit in water all the time. Full or partial sun. They have small red flowers that will be on year-round in our area.

I have almost a dozen or so plants you can have if you like. You can easily propagate more by root division or ground layering.

I am in Galveston, but come through Houston often.
