Too many pears per cluster?

Posted by 1234carlos 10 (My Page) on

I have a 2 years old "Le Conte" pear tree. It is 3' tall, less than 1" diameter. It has 10 clusters of about 12 tiny pears each.
Should I cull some? If so, how many ?
Please help

They will probably drop on their own. If I remember correctly "they' do a June drop. But it has been 30+ years since I had a pear tree . Since it is such a young tree you may want to cull as they mature a bit.
