Do you mean the one that spreads and becomes a groundcover? Bluish/lavender flowers? Mine is a perennial. I have some that I can mail to you. I pull it out in clumps as it's gotten into one of my beds.

There is a new trailing or cascading vinca annual which spreads a little to the sides than growing tall.

I think she is referring to what is commonly known as periwinkle, and I have seen the trailing varieties, but haven't seen any for sale so far this season. Keep looking, as I am certain they will be out sometime or other.

while I have seen a few being offered at nurseries, it is still a little early for these to be widely offered in commerce. I don't know if I have a trailing cultivar or not but they don't get much taller than 1 ft. They have returned in the past two years but after this long, chilly winter we experienced, I'm not holding my breath.

for clarification, the plant I was talking about is catharanthus roseus, aka vinca periwinkle
