| To replace 3 shipped in bare root vines that appear to be DOA - (planted or potted, been a couple of months and nothing - when planted a potted one this weekend saw no new roots either) Other vines we got from local nursery, shipped in or elsewhere seem to be doing fine. Are trying several different ones in several different growing locations and styles (got to make DH happy). The more I read the more it seems I would be wise to get some PD ones to replace the dead ones. Have Reliance, Mars, Hemrod, Siebel 9110, Black Monukka, Venus and Flame. (2 are possible surprise grapes - like the one nursery tree whose leaves do not look like Apricot like it is supposed to be - but I digress)
Does anyone know where I can get some Victoria Red Grape vines - or maybe Orlando Seedless ?? I keep running into a wall of information about them, but not where to get them. Thanks Nancy East of Tyler, Tx |
