Carolina wrens are just so friendly! How are you going to get them out?

I closed all the blinds and opened the door. I just walked toward them and herded them towards the door.
It sure looked funny to see them on the top of my kitchen cabinets.

OOPS! And I thought catching one in my greenhouse for two days was bad! At least it's over the patio and technically outside. :)

That's pretty much the same. To the left of the wreath is an open door out to the patio.
And to the right in this picture is the same door.

I must be more careful about opening the door, Kathy, as I have them nesting with babies very near the door. They certainly are not timid when I am working around them....just continue life as usual. These are great shots of the little fellows

Carrie, as that was the end of Feb. I assumed they were looking for nesting martials and saw the wreath. BTW I took it down when it turned brown.
What really confused them was the artificial ivy on top of the cabinets and on the breakfast area light fixture.

Well, since they were easily "hearded" out, I'll bet this was an unexpected pleasant experience. I love to watch my birds out my bay window. The feeders and bird baths are where I can see them, and my computer is here where I can look out when I am at it.

I remember where you sit. Or at least where you once did.
