Any one wants free mulch/ wood chips:

Duncanville city has pile of mulch at 330 Shady Trail, Duncanville, TX. Their website says "for duncanville residents only" but when I talked to the lady at the city, she said there is no one there to ask and you don't need to worry about bringing ID. NO limit. Take your own shovel and containers.

In Dallas: Preservationtree.com at 2222 Empire Central drive, Dallas, Phone 214-528-2266, 8-5, as much as you want. Bring your container and shovel. If getting a truck load their machine guy might scoop load it for you.
