Hey I have an idea for any of you folks out there who are more advanced than I am with grafting. What if you took two varieties of pecan trees that pollinate each other and graft them together into one tree? Maybe kinda like they have "fruit salad" trees with different varieties of fruit grafted onto one tree. Reason being is that they get so big that most of us don't have room for two trees that can pollinate each other but maybe if it were two in one? I for one would buy one to plant on my property! Anyone think that this can be done?
