Calloways/Corneilus not doing tomato contests

So I just have to say that I was trying to grow big and sweet this year. I took this picture with what I think is my biggest tomato. I just wish I could have put it in the contest because last year the winner of largest tomato in my area was only 8 oz. Oh well I guess

That's a big one alright. Weigh it before eating just so you, and we, know. Thanks for posting the photo.

I picked the big tomato today. I thought it would be heavier but it came in at 20 oz. I have had to pick the tomatoes early because I think squirrels are getting at them.

I believe you are a neighbor of mine, mswillis, so how about directions to your house from Copper Canyon, and I can then verify as to the taste of such a specimen....LOL>

Carrie

I am not far from you. Although I am currently moving out of state. Someone else is going to have a great garden. But the specimen did taste really good tonight.

Sorry to lose you as a neighbor.........hope the "someone" appreciates your garden as much as you.
