Weeping Willow like tree

Is anyone familiar with a type of tree that looks very similar to a willow, and grows in Tx? I've seen them in several areas of Austin and wondering if anyone knows the name. It must be a drought tolerant species as all I have seen are at least 25' or taller. TIA

The only thing that can kinda resemble a Weeping Willow (that I can recall) is a Weeping Crabapple; Weeping Cherry and the Jerusalem Thorn can have short branches that appear to "weep"
