Anyone grow Emu bush, Eremophila maculata?

It sounded interesting being from Australia and very drought tolerant; also evergreen and blooming late winter through spring so one came home with me. Rainbow Gardens on Thousand Oaks had two varieties and I chose Valentine. I'm tempted to go back and get the other one too, common name: spotted emu bush.
Anything listed as drought tolerant catches my attention!. Here's the sign about it:
