hardy red oleanders in Austin area

Can anyone help me--I am desperately trying to find hardy red oleanders in the Austin area. I have checked everywhere in my vicinity (Pflugerville and Round Rock) and I even drove out to the Natural Gardener with no luck. One person told me the oleander growers suffered from the cold winter, but I've been able to find the white and pink varieties, just not red. I need six of them so I'd really prefer the gallon size; I can't afford six huge plants. Anyone seen some?

I know this is LATE but I was just searching red oleander and I'm in Austin. I'm trying to get a care plan for them - we planted 8 hardy reds last summer and the recent rain or something has made some of the branches fall and they need to be trimmed. Would you like some cuttings?
