Your garden will look sunnier this spring and summer with one of these yellow-blossoming plants
Full StoryThe cutleaf daisies (Engelmannia peristenia) blooming now have me wondering if/how anybody is using this native wildflower in their gardens. While very nice when flowering, their ~2 ft rosette makes me think of a dandelion on steroids the rest of the year... just get this terrible urge to pull it. They take a year to flower from seed and don't transplant well, so tough to experiment with placements by moving them around the yard. Anybody mixing them up successfully with other plants?
